Sell the lot, I don't know if you have noticed but rents are at the infraction point, there will be no capital growth for years, no rental growth, but I will tell you where the growth will be and that's in the cost of owning a property, rates, insurance, interest rates, maintenance, ect ect ____, and don't forget the tenant has got his sister and her family living there as well & keeping chickens in a kitchen cupboard and the other house has a meth kitchen. Why would anyone own a rental property.
