    The German situation of 20% of wages spent on social housing is not theory but real. Yes this relied upon policy in place for years.

    Fancy them thinking that shelter for their people was a necessity rather than a pipe dream. That the government should make sure it happens.

    I have already said they don't have Manhattan Drive quality homes but yes small and basic for social housing. The rent pays for it to keep things going as the cost is vastly reduced compared to 2 acre blocks and mansions..... The % for all of Germany is a little higher but still way below ours >

    Yes, stopping net migration until our homeless situation is improved is the obvious solution for the time being quick fix wise.
