    Absolutely, the home we left in England was built in the 16th Century.
    Nobody knocks down houses there.
    I have had people say to me, omg your house is 40 years old, why don’t you knock it down and rebuild?

    I was gobsmacked when I moved here 25+ years ago and saw all these homes being knocked down.
    It is a ridiculous waste of money and resources.
    At least in England, people treasure their properties.
    Here, oh God don’t get me started!
    People mmm how to put it politely, just follow each other in the latest fad.
    Today it is all white, inside and out.
    Horrible cheap leather furniture and fake Chinese paintings.

    They are not creating tasteful character buildings which will last.
    I despair. I really do.
