For every investor attempting your strategy there is a litany of others who have failed miserably and lost big time. Residential property may not be sexy and yes it has its problems but most still make money out of it if they have longer term investment strategies. Stocks like species are hardly worry free as the specie world is full of dodgy operators and over promisers.
