If you mean that this annuncement derisks the funding question significantly(subject to final confirmation), then you are in a better position to load up more shares with confidence now.... before was like catching a falling knife as they say, and you really needed a sign that things would pan out ok, which I agree looks like we got with yesterdays announcemnt the hefty personal "skin in the game' committment by the incoming mob.
