    he never contends that she was like a log. You really ought to read the judgment so you can understand what he said and the context in which he said it.

    without going to the source document you can easily misunderstand and misjudge his opinion

    and it is that which you done. You have a few options which include reading the judgment, dig in and believe that you understand the case and the law better than the judge. Or just quietly go away and say nothing more
