As usual your logic is off base and a big part of why you arrive at unsound conclusions.
I could just as easily say why are not woman represented in sewer jobs or oil rig jobs or garbage collecting jobs. Many of those are the higher paid jobs compared to a comfy air-conditioned office job where ladies are overrepresented.
Danger and various job conditions and plain hard physical work are a part of the reason why some jobs pay more than others and females choose not to work in them as a rule. YET they have the temerity to complain about the overall difference in pay between the sexes when a lot of it is based on the decisions they make themselves as to which job they try for.
The sexes are different and these differences should be celebrated and not complained about.
The Matilda's have shown that the girls can get higher pay when there is a market for their sport to watch. The feminists demanding higher pay when there was no market were simply wrong. There is no reason why female sports professionals cannot earn more than their male counterparts if there is a market for them. Female models already do earn more than male models - many times more in actual fact.
