liars still lie under oath if they think they won’t get caught out. I’ve seen one do it - bare faced. When there is no one other than the accuser who is witness they can do that.
lehrmann had just changed his story to too many people and I guess the judge felt it didn’t stack up. Read his commentary on what he heard
While others may not feel the same way I think a good judge (when it’s a civil matter) will do exactly what the judge did in this case - weigh what is before them and when there is dissonance use logic to draw conclusions
