I have not in fact given my opinion but discussed the legalities of the situation. I have said they are both scumbags and had a pot shot at Wilkinson as well.

The end result is what matters and not the process ie Judge or Jury. The result given by either has the same consequences. There can be differences in appeal opportunities but again the end result of the process, whatever it is, is what matters. So, it is a non-issue.

Verbosity and concentration on non-issues is one of the most common ways of avoiding an issue someone does not want to address.

Consider yourself tagged as someone having an emotive block to reason. This limits you in life.
