not only women pinot. men these days are as vain and gullible as anyone else. its an increasing problem caused by these surgeons being able to attract huge amounts of money for nonsense vanity procedures.

those that hate trans people should note that the process is rarely available under the Medicare arrangements and so it is the taxpayers subsidies that enable trans procedures too.
