In terms of facilitating access to finance for critical raw materials projects, responses were moreheterogeneous. Among the proposals, the establishment of a level playing field to promotetransparency and good governance with partner countries stands out, supported by 78% (203 outof 259) of the respondents, and better targeting existing EU funds to finance critical rawmaterials projects of particular strategic relevance was also supported by 73% (185 out of 259)of the respondents. In addition, many stakeholders highlight that the European Investment Bankand European Bank for Reconstruction and Development should be more active in de-riskingpriority projects and in financing projects related to primary raw materials.
