The Project, a joint venture between European Metals and CEZ has been recentlyfunded to the amount of appproximately EUR 29m, taking the Project through toconstruction decision and the purpose of the financing agreement with EIT InnoEnergy(“the Agreement”) is to:• Facilitate the accelerated construction financing and ultimatecommercialisation of Cinovec, the largest hard rock Lithium deposit in Europe,by assisting inSourcing construction finance;o Securing grant funding; ando Assisting in offtake introductions and negotiations.
