No the answer is not as simple as many would make out. We need to increase supply of new houses (not simple) and reduce demand (immigration) - the second is easier than the first. It will take years (decades) to fix the supply issue but this is also not helped by additional green tape etc pushing up build costs.
The Greens are only pushing populous crap with NO REAL solutions.
