Would you care to list the upside of being delisted away from the obvious one that trading again without a M.L would see the share price decimated.
Unlisted companies don't have the same continuous disclosure obligations and protections for small shareholders as listed companies do - and unlisted companies don't have as many options to raise capital as listed entities do .
