One term is impossible - it’s all impossible in Oz because Oz isn’t ready for an educated populace
Oz needs a culture change. Even when Whitlam gave Oz free University - Oz couldn’t handle it.
Oz won’t be able to do anything with trying to become a manufacturing centre either.
