Four fish fillets.
And some of the following:
1 can tomatoes.
½ cup dry white wine.
½ to 1 dozen anchovies.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
4 cloves pressed garlic.
2 tablespoons capers.
2 tablespoons xo sauce.
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
1 tablespoons Worcestershire.
½ teaspoon Italian herbs or old bay seasoning.
½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
