I have no doubt that once such plans are finalised, approved by the JV, and Cupet, there will be an announcement.

I'm certain there's a lot more action happening than many on HC would be aware of or appreciate - and frankly most shareholders (including myself) would have no idea what's involved in completing a Development Plan, including the level of liaison with various counter-parties, government, etc.

All i know is there is a considerable amount of oil from Unit 1b, plus from other units, which will ultimately be targeted for development and production. The market is yet to appreciate that, so its not reflected in the current share price. Of course that's frustrating but IMO its just a matter of time as information is finally released to the market.

Meanwhile A-3 remains to be completed, hopefully we'll get another update on the Almeida reservoir in about 2 weeks time, maybe sooner.
