The saving factor here, Phil, is that the chartists are constantly wrong on this stock.
Whilst I "like" to believe in charts (when they suit me!) - the reality is that penny stock prices are determined by flows. And until some trader money comes in, or some lame insto out there decides to take a punt, this stock - like many of the others out there - simply "drifts" based on very small flows.
In the next days and weeks we have wirline logs, flow tests, and API numbers to throw around. Doesn't matter whether MAY is 5.2, 6.2 or 7.2 - the results will come, all in good time. Only then will new money hit the table.
