Thanks for the reply. There seems to be some minor confusion. The CEO of Coles, Lea Weckert, was not in attendance when Banducci was being questioned by McKim (she said she was in travelling in a car at the time, but was informed of the questions being put to McKim and the controversy). I watched her taking and replying to questions from McKim and other senators. Weckert was clearly prepared for questions, including ROE and demonstrated that she had a very detailed understanding of all the main costs and pricing factors affecting Coles. In contrast , Mckim clearly demonstrated that he has an extremely low level of understanding of basic financial analysis. Regards Old Fisherman
