Paul Hopper's primary and likely only priority is ensuring that the gravy train continues paying wages for as long as possible. As long as the free shares he receives offset the dilution he causes (with a mansion or two or a tax sale along the way), he doesn't give a damn. IMU is his vehicle for wealth, broader shareholders be damned.
What you've got to look out for is when the writing is on the wall and he/the rest of the major shareholders start to offload, that'll turn IMU into a $0.001 bottom bouncer until it delists.
