I think it's reasonably difficult decisions - but, we know what young people do -
and we can't control them - so if they can't control themselves and there are conditions that you know of that there is going to be many at high risk -
well - what else can you do?
people KNOW not to do so many things ---------- but, they still do. Many are just oblivious, and not always the dumb half either. Our society is such that we protect where we can
in cases like these - governments can't win from what I see - they either don't ban stuff and get held responsible for damage and death - or they ban things and get dumped on by the very same people who have been so dumb that their kids go out and do dumb things ----------- and die
pretty tough
I certainly disagree with plough on that people know what to do instinctively - clearly by the number of deaths of young people and people doing dumb things - they do not
