I have the same experience. The person from the shareholder info line got my email last Monday. Last Wednesday I called back to ask why it was still not sent. It should be very easy to email a form nowadays. But he had no idea my the company hadn't sent the form to those who requested the form to elect to have the NewCo shares instead CDIs.
And I am still waiting for the form to arrive.
Last week I also called Commsec to find out if my Allkem shares will still be in Commsec if the merger proceeds and I elect to have the NewCo shares. I was told that I have to have an international broker to have access to the NewCo shares. And that probably means that in the election form to have the NewCo shares I have to nominate this international broker.
And I still don't know which broker I can have for this purpose.
