if 'they' are--------- then, all that shows is the mental capacity of whoever 'they' are
if people cannot get or afford to live in houses or apartments - and there aren't enough
then, where can they live?

so, then, if authorities ban living in cars, caravans and tents - and there's not enough houses and apartments -
where do authorities suggest that people live,
now for many Ozzie authorities - the answer in the past has been 'somewhere else'
but, unfortunately - the authority next door has the same infantile visionless thinking -
so, the mob moved on from next door end up at 'your' door.
And, we wonder why there are break-ins, burglaries and the like?
Is it such a difficult concept to grasp that people have to sleep and live 'somewhere'???
The homeless situation in Australia is not unique --
if it is to be addressed - it needs to first up have a total attitudinal and culture change in authority - and in populace
only then can one get on and do anything at all that will be effective
and when that plan is worked through - it needs to be split into 2 parts -
1. Address the acute atrocious crisis
2. Address the long term solutions
Firstly - it needs the guts to sit down and grasp a point - that this is everyone's problem - not 'someone else's problem'
for the smug who think that they are 'secure' because they own their house in a nice comfy suburb etc.
