Not the most orderly behavior as it digested the large impulse move so I am precluded from taking a position, however there are some positive signals worth keeping an eye on to see if they resolve to the upside.
NEU has one of the more interesting chart threads probably because it is a highly watched stock. Everyone will have their own approach and interpretation about not only the stock but also strongly held beliefs regarding how markets 'work'.
