April 25 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Thursday:
** The U.S. Federal Communications Commission said on Thursday it will approve the T-Mobile US Inc TMUS.O deal to buy Ka'ena Corp, the owner of budget service provider Mint Mobile, for up to $1.35 billion.
** Hawaiian Electric Industries HE.N is weighing the sale of its American Savings Bank FSB, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
** BHP Group (BHP) bid $38.8 billion for Anglo American AAL.L , offering a deal to forge the world's biggest copper miner and driving its smaller rival's shares 13% higher.
** Czech energy group EPH, controlled by billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, is evaluating the possibility to exercise an option to take over Italian group Enel's stake in main Slovak electricity producer Slovenske Elektrarne, EPH's Chief Financial Officer Pavel Horsky said.
** Investment firm Shareholder Capital sent a letter to drugmaker Vanda Pharmaceuticals' VNDA.O board asking it to reconsider Future Pak's takeover offer.
** Private equity firm GTCR has agreed to pay $2.7 billion to buy AssetMark Financial AMK.N , in a deal that would take the wealth management platform private more than five years after its initial public offering.
** Philippine conglomerate DMCI Holdings DMC.PS will acquire cement maker Cemex Holdings Philippines CHP.PS for $305.6 million after months of negotiations, the companies said.

** Saudi Arabia's STC Group 7010.SE and sovereign fund PIF may bid for the Austrian unit of Spanish mobile phone tower operator Cellnex CLNX.MC , El Economista newspaper reported on Wednesday evening citing unidentified industry sources.
** Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) said it had signed an agreement to buy a 49% stake in a 644 megawatt portfolio of Spanish solar plants from Iberdrola IBE.MC for 203 million euros ($217.5 million).
** Japanese chip material maker Shin-Etsu Chemical 4063.T said it will launch a tender offer for Mimasu Semiconductor Industry's 8155.T shares in a 86 billion yen ($553 million) deal.
** A consortium of Hong Kong's CK Infrastructure 1038.HK , CK Asset 1113.HK , and Power Assets 0006.HK will acquire a Northern Ireland gas distribution network operator, Phoenix Energy, for an enterprise value of about HK$7.4 billion ($945.3 million).
