There will be more dollars rolling out than rolling in. Considering the costs blowout is estimated at $600 million in the initial stages one could suggest that figure is on the low end of the scale.
Then there is the rehabilitation obligations, responsibilities and enormous liabilities on Jennings farm. A liability the company does not have the financial resources to fulfil. When a company can not fulfill their legal responsibilities, obligations and liabilities, the only place for it is in administration and let the administrators do their work.
