I don't know who you mix with but everyone I know, other than my friend who owns a petrol station, accepts the science that human induced climate change is happening now and is a real threat to our food security and our way of life. There is no point in ignoring the obvious or for that matter abusing those who are pointing out the obvious. Our board has an obligation to look to the future and the changes that are likely to happen, with the obvious caveat that they don't have a crystal ball and can only try their best. Ask any farmer in the sw of W A about the devastating effects of climate change. Its real and its happening now and we all need to adapt quickly. I have reasonably large investments, on my scale, in gas plays and like money just as much as the next person but I think our board is simply not taking enough action, to live up to its social responsibility and, importantly to ensure the economic viability of the company in a rapidly changing future
