I would almost agree with you if it was an even playing field with multiple different retailers , but WOW has a duty of care as it is in a duopoly situation where it can dictate price paid and received for products , if it fails the moral test , then consumers have a right to seek redress via that duopoly situation being broken up , US govt did it with antitrust laws to Standard Oil
