yeah, agree. I am too not very impressed with the deal. Moreover, As I understand, they might get 20% in less than $40, in case, the sp goes down from here. Only and hopefully, I am assuming BKT had no option considering their low cash-in-hand situation and no alternative line of business to bargain for. In short, they don't have much bargaining power. but EGR has good cash in hand and more value addition in scope. Anyway, not too happy to see the BKT deal. Can only hope of a better deal with EGR.
