I can assure you this holder is not parting with any. Not sure on the other 499, but I agree, many will be tight fisted from here. Having said that, there were a couple of 'largish' sells today, so you can bet with a push into the teens, more will open up and offload. That's the market though.
I think Peter you are talking funds wanting in. And yes, that scenario is the exciting one. Still a couple of years away imo, but I'll be having a few quite ones on the deck remembering the 'dark' days should that eventuate. But can we get to some decent revenue before another CR, allowing them to get their hands on pot easily. Hopefully a partner (or two) as hinted at recently, will stop that eventuating.
