    there is no 'sustainable version of capitalism' ----------- there are many places that have a mix of socialist type ideas, some communist ideas - in a supposedly capitalist system - they are 'reasonable' - but, they all seem to be under pressure


    if we look to where there are fewer places which have less housing issues than Oz - all of them that I know of - certainly the common ones that come to mind ---------- have strong social and welfare housing provided by government


    the housing crisis in Australia is clear evidence of the failure of capitalism


    and an atrocious and spectacular lack of vision
