My negativity around the submiscion was based on why the known mnd data as of 1 December 2023 was not included with the submission.
Now we can not say for sure but if this data had been submitted with the original submission would it have been enough to get approval.
Lets say it would have been then the results of the approval may have been given sooner, before MT resigned and before the changes to the BODs where would the sp be now
