in fairness Pioneer stumped up $4m when few others would. Recall the under subscribed rights. I believe a proper MRE and the PFS will dramatically change investor appetite (it was clear awhile ago testing updates never would) and offtake interest will ofc underwrite a significant chunk of npv that the market will bid up to a healthy % of that. I think (and hope) a cap raise for the next stage will be done at much higher prices than present.
