If the ALP’s investment bank is doing that, it is not a great sign altho it could be a catch up. MQG have had regulatory issues of their own with Australia’s SEC, ASIC, and the Australian Federal Court fining them $10 million AUD for fraud done on their cash management accounts, so I wonder what rating MQG would put on itself if it had the chance, STRONG SELL.
Neutral for SGR is not too bad coming from MQG.
I wonder whether MQG will rerate SGR as a STRONG BUY if SGR and Anne Ward get rid of Scott Saunders, Rav Townsend and Eileen Vuong.
