Agree none of this makes any sense.
Unless you take the view that there is now now a floor under the SP at eg 0.58c up from eg 0.30c where this all began.
I'm not sure there is or ever was a T/O on the table.
IMO this was orchestrated only to hold the short sellers and their massive resources at bay until the ramp up is under control.
And we get good news
