Using the last AGM results as a guide, Hopper controls about 30-35% of IMU. 70% chose not to vote, hence the more than 90% approval.
Had the 70% voted against the remuneration report a second strike could have been achieved and the board had to stand for re-election. In that way, the non-voting got him over the line. Similar numbers at CHM and RAD. Holders had an opportunity but chosen not to use it. Hopper is counting on that every time.
