The no voting by so many holders is spot on, if that many votes or SH were against PH the last AGM was the time to show it.
I still don’t get the Axel Hoos (ousted). I thought he was out for moving on to Scorpion pharmaceuticals, so it was a conflict of interest. I only came in board around the 10cent mark back before the run to the low 60’s, so I may have missed something obvious to others that have been holders for longer.
