I understand your point regarding the proof, calling them out on that etc, but that last paragraph just escalates the dialogue unnecessarily, it isn't true nor relevant to the conversation and doesn't deliver well regardless of their entire story having a high probability of being fictitious.
I do like you Hunterr, you seem a great bloke but I think sometimes the trolls are able to get the better of you in circumstances like that. Don't escalate further, you're just giving them more of a reason to keep replying.
