I am here as I well and truly trust this company with shareholders funds , and for them to only deal with solid financiers and capital . And only as required and at best times .

Dr Tillet reiterates that there will be $9-10 million cash including existing and coming in through the next 12-24 mths ; which is more than enough to fund start of MRD trials i am sure he said , in addition to AML R/R in Israel and Breast trials here. (&ovarian ? here ) .
Very thankful to see ovarian being also so pursued & referenced. Historically significant efficacy .

In respect of the capital raisers , even this years CR relationship was fortunately placed as I understand it , with a 5 year old agreement in place to be capital raising prospectors. Not a recent agreement. ( aka with respect to the February quick Covid raising to ensure funds shored up )
Merchant has had investment in that CR arm so they have to be happy also with how they have had their foot in the door & been able to take part in fairly protected fashion at that time —although to become substantial shareholders , with full respect to them. They sought a cornerstone fund holding .
They are naturally relaxed with their position .

Also to be fair to them , Merchant must clearly have liked Race Oncology at the outset in 2016 , & the then foundation Board & prospects . They like what they see now , and can be like all of us much more confident with how Bisantrene is now validated, with compelling results confirmed , plus the FTO prospects as well as many other potential developments as a therapeutic agent that could be realised say by an acquiring large pharmaceutical entity .
