VXR seems to have a project with high IRR and payback period less than 2 years (assuming $2.96 copper and $1.15 zinc), why the valuation is so cheap for the company? Is it because of the poor management team that destroys shareholders value? I'm new to VXR so please kindly sharing your opinion with me, thanks!
