Roboshan has been a rare poster that I have enjoyed & looked for, for some great info/insight/inspiration & more!!!
I too was way down over the last year or 2, but now not far from being in the green, but I gotta tell ya, I am way happier with ways things are progressing than I am with finally being in the money. I will hang on to my lot for a while still, & am now thinking about loading up on some more.
This has quickly gone from one of my dogs to top of the list for serious potential.
