This woman simply has no idea what she's doing. Utterly incompetent.
If you tried that argument in front of an experienced judge, not only would they bench-slap you, you'd find yourself in danger of being referred to your local bar for retraining and possibly disciplinary action.
Jack Smith needs to punt this one to the 11th Circuit who will reverse her decision (again) and hopefully have her kicked off this case.
