I find it interesting that the report says that the VA is 62 days through the 90 day window to report to Congress, and our leaders comments than Philips contract will be signed before the end of June. The two dovetail in my mind and I think we are going to be getting a major double news announcement before June 30. Now I do not know the date of the report but....... Adding more
