While there is an individual responsibility to reduce landfill which I am trying to do,

Don't get deluded.


I don't believe the institutions I am assisting in bringing about to do things such as this, are a delusion.

That is a dishonest representation of what I said the delusion is.

new Jerusalem, the new creation, which will abolish the systems which contribute to more landfill

More?
The amount so far is ok?
It's only more that is the concern despite the population getting larger?

and make it more sustainable for individuals to eliminate their landfill contributions.

Elimination is part of that delusion. Even just on an individual level without expecting the human race to unite in the "circle of unity."
