If you look at their rental structure it's based on CPI so whilst interest rates are pushing costs up the revenue line is also moving... Margins might be squeezed a little but the beauty of this business is the rent is linked to CPI and they have hedged a lot of their debt for multiple years. Taking that risk off the table.
The only risk I see here is if Agricultue commodity prices keep going down, squeezing tennants and they continue to increase rent...well you see where this might go...
