I would rate Putin's offensive as extremely poor, in fact I would call it an abject failure in every conceivable measure, seeing as it was meant to last 3 days to conquer all of Ukraine and yet here Putin is in his 3rd year having not accomplished a single objective while suffering monumental losses.
I would rate Ukraine's defence of Putin's unjust and unprovoked invasion as exceptional to keep Putin from accomplishing a single objective while inflicting colossal losses in Putin's invasion and occupation forces.
