Now just to correct some of your inaccuracies, Putin's war against Ukraine started in 2014, that makes it 10 years of failing to accomplish his objectives where the US managed to at least occupy the entirety of Afghanistan. Also Putin occupies 18% of Ukraine, not 20%.
18% versus the incorrectly claimed 20% is important because tt has taken Putin the last 6 months to occupy 0.06% of Ukraine, so the difference between saying 18% and 20% is actually massive, or about 16 years of Putin fighting and failing at that rate just to occupy another 2%. That in contrast to where Putin was supposed to conquer Ukraine in 3 days shows just how abysmal his failure of a war has been.
Also emphasising how large Ukraine is only highlights further that Putin has zero chance of ever conquering it, based on his abysmal pace at present.
