That’s putting aside that the Russkies won’t actually list what the $288 billion is comprised of whereas everyone knows exactly what Russky assets are ultimately going to end up in Ukrainian hands.
Particularly given a fair chunk of any Western asset have already been abandoned 2 years ago when economic ties between Russia and the West were blown up by Poots invasion of the Ukraine.
