Muslims account for around one fifth of the Russian population. Russia has 9 predominantely-Muslim republics: Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Adygeya, Chechnya, Ingushetia, Northern Ossetia, Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachayevo-Cherkessia
Islam has been a part of the Russian culture for centuries. So when you say that Russians discriminate again Muslims, you are pretty much saying that the Russians are discriminating against themselves.
I guess what you meant was not Muslims, but migrants? Ok. Not all migrants in Russia are Muslims. Some of them may come from Muslim countries, but many of them aren't Muslims believe it or not.
Further to that, there's a group of migrants which is known as "illegal migrants". And that's the only group that gets "discriminated" against, for obvious reasons. Illegal migrants, tangs. Not Muslims.
