Well I guess it explains all the loss of territories then.
USA/NATO/EU/UK are certainly involved and are providing Ukraine with everything, except for thenactual fighting troops on the ground.
This includes ammo, weapons, equipment, vehicles, military advisors, trainers, co-ordinators, intelligence services and capabilities, repair facilities and so on and so forth.
So your statement is absolutely wrong..
